Gannady Raskin, MD, ND has been in medicine since 1980. He began his medical career serving in the Armed Forces as a Physician Assistant. After completing his medical studies he practiced general medicine in the Ukraine. Dr. Raskin has been involved in medical education since 1999 working at Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Canada. During his tenure at CCNM, Dr. Raskin served as Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer and later as Dean of Clinical Education. He held an appointment as a member of the Ontario government advisory committee on regulation of naturopathic medicine. From 2003 to 2009 he served as Dean at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. During this time he was a member of the Washington State Vaccine Advisory Committee (VAC). Dr. Raskin joined Ross University School of Medicine in July 2009 and served as Senior Associate Dean for Academic affairs until October 2012. Dr. Raskin has lead the Medical Education Readiness Program since November 2012
